Large wasabi farm in Nagano. By the way, if it hurts then nose when you eat it, it’s not wasabi but tainted horseradish. Even in Japan, what you find in most restaurants is not real wasabi, and the green paste they sell in tubes is definitely NOT wasabi. Strange there are no regulations on this.
