Visitors can explore the Enoshima Shrine, which consists of several shrines scattered across the island, and climb to the top of the Sea Candle, a lighthouse offering panoramic views of the ocean, Mount Fuji, and the surrounding coastline. The island is also famous for its caves, known as the Iwaya Caves, and its vibrant shopping street lined with seafood restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. Fresh local specialties, such as shirasu (whitebait), are a must-try. Enoshima’s beaches and nearby coastal areas are perfect for swimming, surfing, or enjoying a sunset.
