Ochazuke
Chazuke (茶漬け, ちゃづけ) or ochazuke (お茶漬け) is a simple – some would say lousy – Japanese dish made by pouring hot liquid (tea, soup) over cooked rice with some toppings (pickles, salmon…). Here with mentaiko – yummy !
