Hefei

Hefei is the capital of Anhui Province in eastern China. It’s a rapidly growing city known for its focus on science and technology. Home to top research institutions like the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei has become a major hub for innovation, especially in quantum computing and AI. The city has seen fast urban development, with improved infrastructure, new business districts, and a growing population. It’s also a base for major Chinese companies like BYD and BOE.
